Analogue Lines

Phone lines aren't very exciting...

...but you'll need one if you want Broadband, or have a card payment or fax machine.

What you DON'T need is to be tied into a two year contract for "inclusive bundle" this and "features" that - just the line will do nicely thank you very much.

So that's what we do. Just the line, on a sensible contract, with our support. It's still on BT's infrastructure, so you can keep your number and there's no drop in call quality or getting cut off.

If you want to upgrade to a faster fix time, or to add Caller ID, 1571 or any of those other features, we can do that too, just ask.

ISDN

If you need to make more than one call at a time, have an existing phone system to connect to, or want multiple incoming numbers, ISDN may be for you.

ISDN gives you:
• Crystal clear call quality
• Support for existing on site telephone systems
• Multiple ranges of Direct Dialling In (DDI) numbers

ISDN supports all the usual features (call barring, presentation numbers, call diversion etc) and can be upgraded to priority care so faults are fixed within 6 hours, any time of day, any day of the year.

An ISDN installation can be more complicated than a standard analogue line, so drop us a line to talk it through.

Hosted Voice over IP (VoIP)

VoIP gives you the ultimate in flexibility. Add as many extensions as you like, WHEN you like, WHERE you like.

With VoIP the "identity" of a telephone number or extension is linked to the handset, not the socket it's plugged in to. This means you can plug a VoIP phone into any Internet connection anywhere in the world and it will work exactly as it would sitting on your desk.

VoIP lets you:
• Expand your phone system as your business grows
• Use your office number from anywhere with a softphone on your laptop, tablet or smartphone
• Help your staff work from home and keep their office extension and DDI
• Add other national or international numbers not normally available with analogue or ISDN lines

We can supply a wide range of corded and cordless VoIP phones, either for outright purchase or rental

Because VoIP works over the Internet it's important to have a fast, reliable Internet connection where you want to use the phones. We would normally recommend you install a dedicated Broadband connection to ensure good call quality. The number of simultaneous calls you can make is dependent on the speed of your Internet connection.
